Mini Banana Splits

"The first step is the hardest, so start small today and make something that fits in the palm of your hand using only the materials in your immediate environment."



I tackled today's project my making mini banana splits. The base is a banana with a chunk taken out of the center, filled with pistachio ice cream. I then dipped the base in melted chocolate and sprinkles, and topped it off with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. A frozen treat that fits in the palm of my hand. Yum!
